What is the Wootbox?

Every month, Wootbox sends you a surprise box which contains a selection of items that are 100% Geek and Gamer and correspond to a specific theme.

What will I get in my Wootbox?

The products that the Wootbox team selects for the Wootbox fit a theme indicated at the time of ordering. You're not told what's in the box because it's a surprise!

I have bought my Wootbox. When will I get it?

So to enhance the element of surprise for all our subscribers, all Wootbox orders are sent out at the same time on the same day. They are dispatched between the 5th and 10th of each month.

What payment methods do you accept?

At the moment we accept three types of bank card: VISA, MASTERCARD and CARTE BLEUE.

Are bank transactions secure?

Bank transactions are entirely secure and are handled by our partner Be2bill (part of the Rentabiliweb group) who are certified by the "Banque de France".

The Wootboxes have been sent out but I haven't received anything!

If you have provided us the correct address when you created your account, you should receive an email notifying you that your Wootbox has been sent (with parcel tracking if you chose colissimo or B2C, without tracking if you chose colieco). Your Wootbox is sent by la Poste as a colieco, a colissimo or B2C for Belgium (depending on what you chose when you placed your order). Delivery times for Colieco and B2C can vary (up to 10 working days). With Colissimo, you are given a tracking number when the parcel is dispatched and the delivery time is usually 3 to 4 days. If after 10 working days you still have not received anything, check that the postal address you have given us is correct (typing errors occur more often than you might think!) and check with your local post office in case the parcel is pending delivery. Can I have a Wootbox delivered abroad or overseas?

Currently, we deliver Wootbox to mainland France, Germany, England, Belgium, Spain and Monaco, Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Quebec, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia,Sweden & Switzerland

My Wootbox has arrived with damaged or missing items?

If a product is damaged, send a picture of it at info@wootbox.co.uk and we will find a solution together.

If you think something is missing, check with the contents list in the Wootbox to check if everything is there. If we have left something out when making up your Wootbox, we will be very surprised and apologise in advance. Send us an email at info@wootbox.co.uk and we will get back to you as soon possible.

I never get emails or newsletters from Wootbox

First of all check that they haven't been delivered to your spam or junk folder. It is also possible that the email address you have given us is incorrect. To check it and update it, go to "My account/My details".
